#31DC2013 – Black and White Nails

Now, has anyone else noticed that there is a prompt missing from this challenge? I just can not find “Inspired by Homeware” anywhere (teehee!). So today’s mani is inspired by our current coasters. We have a couple of sets that I like to rotate, and I thought these would make a cute B&W mani 🙂

OMD Rather Awesome Challenge – 16. Ruffian/Half-Moon

For this theme, I couldn’t decide between Ruffian and Half-Moon, so I went for a hybrid 🙂

I decided to go for two polishes that contrast a lot – Zoya Ziv for the silver and Ciaté Headliner, to get the semi-matte contrast with the metallic

OMD Rather Awesome Challenge – 14. Flowers

My favourite flower nail art is definitely one stroke. I don’t pretend that I’ve got the hang of it 100% just yet; but I treated myself to some nice Roubloff brushes (for my birthday, of course!), and having that quality really does help !

I also used today’s theme as an excuse to test another polish that I’m developing for the Boutique. I can’t decide if it’s nice with just a bit of sparkle, or if it needs some more, what do you think, ladies?

Winter Wedding Nail Art

My my, it is quiet in Blog-Land this week !

I do hope that everyone is enjoying the holidays with friends and loved ones, or just chilling out at home.

Just a quickie today, a friend got married recently so I made up some falsies for her to pop on for the wedding.

This first one is a Konad stamp in silver over ivory nails painted in Linger by China Glaze. If you can see it clearly, you have a great computer screen !

The second is a French in Ooh La La Pink with a Konad white stamp to jazz it up.

The third was a simple mani with a few drips stencilled on (is that cheating?) – China Glaze White Out.
