#31DC2013 – Rainbow Nails *FAIL*

Yeesh, this one is a huge fail. Let me tell you right away, the only reason I’m posting it at all is because I don’t want to miss a day of the challenge! That said, I read a lot of nail blogs, and I do like to see a fail once in a while, so here’s hoping that you do, too!

piCture pOlish – Peaches’n’Cream with foil triangles

Thought I’d show you a quick mani I wore this week – it was featured on my Instagram too 🙂

Now I’ve got the new brushes for my piCture pOlish collection, I’m trying to use them more – they really are much more easy to apply. So I decided to revisit Peaches’n’Cream. I’m definitely a lot happier with it now, but I’m still not sure if it’s the pale peach for my skin tone. And of course, I couldn’t resist adding some foil triangles to spice it up a bit!

OMD Rather Awesome Challenge – 27. Jewellery

I didn’t struggle with ideas for this theme 🙂 I picked up this ring at H&M a couple of weeks ago, and i wear it all the time, it’s so shiny and incredibly cool 😀

Plus, since I work in the middle of Paris, where there are a lot of tourists and pickpockets, I don’t dare wear really nice jewellery most days – for fear it will get stolen, or make a pickpocket think my bag would be worth stealing – it isn’t, the only thing that’s worth anything in it are a bunch of stamps in my wallet that I bought last Christmas, then forgot to send out cards. I’ve been carrying them round for months !

OMD Rather Awesome Challenge – 10. Metallic

So one of the reasons I’ve gotten so behind is that I did two metallic manis. First up was a butterfly mani over Butter London’s Thames. But then I forgot and did this one ! It was lucky though, because all of the butterfly mani photos came out awful.
