If you follow my social network accounts, then you may already know that Pinterest is the one that I neglect the most severely! It can feel a bit overwhelming, since there is so much material there; yet, it’s a great way of finding nail art for the exact same reason!
So I wasn’t surprised that it was quite hard to choose inspiration! But eventually I decided that this link was the one to try for (go on, click here and click like or leave a comment!). That said, this is an inspired by post, not a copy someone else post. So I took the basic idea of stamping over a multi-colour gradient and ran with that!
My gradient is done with Kiko 808 (pink); Zoya Tru (purple) and Barry M Navy (dark blue). I did it with a sponge (I usually use a fan brush – sponges are so messy!) then did a layer of Darling Diva Dreamy because, well, I couldn’t resist 🙂
And the stamping, of course, is Moyou-London Suki 01 🙂
Sorry for the photo-spam! I just couldn’t resist! The colours just worked perfectly, and my camera was in a very good mood…
So yeah, it took a little time, but there was nothing especially hard about this nail art – it’s definitely one to try again 🙂
I’m glad I got so many photos, it was another one that broke my heart to remove it for work 😉
