#31DC2013 – Glitter

Hey girls!

Thanks for sticking with me over the last few days! The new internet box has been set up and seems to be working, not well, but working! I was really pulling my hair out for the first couple of days without the internet, but then I sort of got used to it. I even felt pretty good, finally not worrying about checking my phone all the time. Now I’m stressing over catching up! I mean, I know it’s not a big deal of I skip a couple of nail art themes. I do realise that worse things than that do happen in the world! But despite that perspective, I really want to do tribal nails and delicate pattern nails!

That’s enough waffling, onto the glitter 🙂

The base polish is Copper by Barry M. It’s a wicked, well, copper microglitter. I did use three coats to get 100% opacity for my photos. Two would be fine for every day wear. There’s some knd of green, pink, scattered holo sparkle in there 😀

Then I added a little dab of Models Own to the tips  – Hed Kandi Disco Heaven down to about mid way (this reinforced the holo effect) then Pinky Brown Beetle Juice right on the tip. It’s a subtle look, but I love it! That said, the removal process really reminded me why I don’t wear glitter polish too often, haha!
